After obtaining a four-year degree in economics from East Stroudsburg University I worked with Garden State brickface and stucco company out of Roselle New Jersey in the commercial/ contractors division. I worked with Developers, Architects and contractors in developing plans and designs to create economical exterior facades for their projects.

 I moved to pa in 1988 where I raised 4 incredible boys.
  Then in 1990 I realized I would like to start my own construction business and I set out to develop a residential building company specializing in the framing of custom homes. After developing some relationships with Architects and Developers I decided to get involved with the planning and Improvement of raw land. This involved working with surveyors, engineer's and different municipalities to create  environmentally friendly and economical residential developments. The subdivisions that I created ranged in size from 4 lots up to 26 lots. After receiving Township and county approval.
