James has resided in the Northampton county his entire life, aside from his years of College at Kutztown University, where he obtained a dual degree in Finance and International Business. He has worked as an M&M Mars  Global Commodity Risk Manager for the past 10 years  while continuing to invest in real estate locally.  James is skilled in new construction, residential sales, investments, as well as property management.
