Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Easton, PA.

Faith was brought in to sell my Father's house after we had some poor luck with another broker--she worked with us and gave advice, tips, brought people in, held open houses, and did everything in her power to sell the home. Unfortunately each time the sale was to go through there was another problem with the house (not Faith) regarding permits, heating, structural damage, or the 5 other issues we had. But Faith did not give up--they say every house has a buyer - and Faith put so much time and effort into finding that person for our home - we finally made the sale--thanks to Faith's dogged determination to help us and ensure everyone was happy and taken care of - financially and morally--no one wanted to walk away in foreclosure-- The relationship we developed with Faith was personal and strong - we were not just clients - she wanted what was best for us and the buyer and closed the deal. Throughout the time Faith sold many many other homes and assisted me in selling my Mother-in-Law's house even though it was out of her area - and her communication, honesty, help, and meaningful caring for me and my family was evident - and something I had not seen before in a Realtor - She gets my highest recommendation as a Realtor and as a person--I put my complete trust in her and am so glad I did-

What has our broker/owner been up to?

A few months ago the Borough contacted The SBCC, Historic Bangor Business Association, and Slate Belt Rising asking for suggestions to improve the downtown area. Some of the buildings and store fronts were in dire need of sprucing up. The buildings which feature beautiful architecture were in need of some TLC.

Laura McClain, Executive. Director, Slate Belt Chamber of Commerce reached out to local real estate brokers for assistance and guidance to improve the Bangor Downtown and surrounding areas. Faith Sarisky, Realtor/Broker, of Realty Solutions PA, in Upper Mt Bethel Township, immediately knew she wanted to get involved and started contacting fellow real estate brokers, who also agreed to be on board. Faith, who now spearheads the project began contacting the building's owners to ask permission to paint the building facade. Faith posted a sign on the building with her business name and immediately thought it would be a great opportunity for other businesses to sponsor to not only gain recognition for their businesses, but also assist in giving the buildings a welcoming appearance.

#Beautify Bangor just took off. Businesses started calling inquiring about sponsorship, artists called who were interested in painting and residents wanted to volunteer their time. It's been incredible to say the least, considering the uncertainty we are all facing today." said Faith. “We want folks to think of Bangor as an artist destination. Located just 1 1/2 hours from NYC and 1 ½ hours from Philadelphia, Bangor offers many wineries, breweries, eateries, outdoor recreation such as the Appalachian Trail and Delaware river.
